Our Vision
The club has made great progress over the last 10 years in developing our current facilities at Ballynira, Drombane, Thurles, Co. Tipperary, E41 HH95. A new Clubhouse was opened in 2015. The Car Park was upgraded in 2020. A Hurling wall extension and a 38m x 20m Astro Turf was installed in 2021 along with a 500m walking track around the pitch. This year a full LED lighting solution, consisting of 44 1,000W LED lights, will be installed around the playing pitch.
We are now moving forward with an ambitious plan to:
Purchase of Land
Purchase 12.5 acres adjacent to our current facilities.
Phase 1
Develop full size playing pitch and install extra car park spaces.
Phase 2
Develop a Juvenile / Training Pitch and extend our walkway.
Phase 3
Increase the size of the Astro Turf Training Area.
